Connecting and supporting the Midlands A50 Business Communities with this new network – focused on building local relationships, generating energy + new Ideas and skill building – to create a new kind of business community.
With a vibrant online community and regular lively local in person events. Helping to make business and work^life – more community based, resourceful, innovative and social.
Get to know people, give support to others, generate ideas, build your network, get referrals, learn new skills and share your personal + business brands.
Enjoy broader and more inclusive local relationships, widen your horizons, showcase what you do, join some interesting specialist groups, start a side hustle, support our community projects and make new friends.
We are starting with a monthly theme and weekly schedule of regular daytime and evening events online and will introduce Meetups locally across the Region during the year.
OUR FOUNDER YEAR 2024
Our Years are split into 3 : Fresh Start (February to April), Momentous Middle (May to August) and Strong Finish (September to December).
Within each phase we have monthly themes with some regular weekly events online. And some surprises and challenges to keep it all fresh! Each phase has a Theme Playbook and Toolkit to help you focus on goals and learn some new stuff.

Helping people develop a more entrepreneurial mindset and the skill stacks that support it. With a safe space to create opportunities, discover, experiment, launch new businesses or side hustles, access new ideas or solutions, ask questions, take on challenges – all whilst learning and growing.

Sometimes we get lost in the idea that everything is about funds and getting advice – yet the fuel for business and our success that bring things to life are our energy and ideas. Collectively together that creates even more power.
Building successful careers and lives is not that different to growing businesses. The core themes are worth exploring together. It takes time, effort, creativity, resilience, focus, determination and the ability to stick with it through good and challenging times. Today it also means updating our skills, adopting a growth mindset and getting out there to say ‘Hello World!’. It is also easier when you have support from others.
We get you might come at this wanting to find new customers, scale a business, establish a new one or just get some fresh business insights. Or wanting to grow or transition into something new as an individual. Or simply as a way to meet more likeminded people locally; or volunteer in a new and different way. This 100 mile road holds the key to so many opportunities and so much talent – let’s unleash it!
Keeping it inclusive to embrace and enable the diversity and energy that brings, will keep it fresh. Hopefully with everyone open to learning from each other. It is a work in progress with lots of potential. Now it just needs YOU, your inputs and support.

We are also seeking to build great relationships with our five Shires Government Agencies, Universities and other local groups plus local Causes for our Community Projects. So if you have an initiative that aligns with our purpose, that you would like us to share – just get in touch.
The Broader E + I Community
We are a Community that wants to actively engage with; and support the local businesses and communities that surround us.
To create the best experience for members we also focus on our broader community Tribe – to help bring ‘best’ to life. We actively seek to work with local Partners to attend our events and create new quality content to help members improve their business results and deliver personal transformations. This might be through Business Showcasing, Zone Training, our Saturday Wellbeing Sessions, our Sunday ‘MOJO Matters’ or Prep + Reflect Sessions. We want to create PopUp PLACEs events that are ‘the best edutainment around’, radically useful and something you do not want to miss! Some will focus on Networking and Connect-Working but we want to do so much MORE! So we are seeking to work with local Sponsor brands to bring this to life each month across our five A50 Shires. In this AI enabled post pandemic world – as we adapt and embrace new ways of working – building like minded communities and finding new places to belong are going to be much more important.
